The terms that apply when you use Air Cargo Global for shopping addresses, international shipping, payments, support, and related services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Air Cargo Global's website, customer portal, mobile experiences, shopping-account services, shipping services, payment features, notifications, and support channels.
By creating an account, requesting a quote, using a shopping address, submitting cargo, paying an invoice, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Air Cargo Global provides international shipping and logistics services, including customer shopping accounts, shipping addresses, package intake, package photos, consolidation, repacking, buy-for-me support, invoices, payment submission, shipment tracking, recipient management, customer support, and related notifications.
We offer many shipping routes and destination options. Routes, destinations, delivery options, warehouse arrangements, rates, schedules, availability, and service features may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time without notice due to operational, airline, customs, regulatory, security, partner, or commercial requirements.
Any quote, calculator result, route information, delivery estimate, or service description is provided for guidance unless we expressly confirm it in writing for a specific shipment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your contact, recipient, address, payment, and shipment details up to date.
If we provide a shopping address or buy-for-me service, you must use it only for lawful purchases that comply with these Terms, merchant rules, carrier rules, customs rules, and destination laws. You are responsible for ensuring merchant orders contain the correct name, customer number, address details, and any other instructions we provide.
We may refuse, return, dispose of, hold, inspect, photograph, consolidate, repackage, or request additional information for parcels that are unidentified, unpaid, unsafe, prohibited, restricted, abandoned, incorrectly addressed, or unsuitable for shipment.
You are responsible for providing accurate package contents, values, quantities, recipient details, delivery instructions, and documents. You must not misdescribe, undervalue, conceal, or omit information about cargo.
You must not submit any item that is illegal, unsafe, restricted, inadequately declared, or prohibited by Air Cargo Global, our partners, airlines, couriers, customs authorities, origin laws, or destination laws. Prohibited and restricted items may include:
We may refuse, delay, hold, return, destroy, dispose of, or report prohibited or restricted items. You are responsible for any resulting costs, penalties, storage charges, losses, claims, or legal consequences.
Rates and charges may be based on actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, route, service type, destination, packaging, consolidation, storage, handling, duties, taxes, fuel or airline costs, currency conversion, payment method, or other operational factors.
You and the recipient are responsible for customs declarations, duties, taxes, import fees, permits, product approvals, and any other government charges or requirements unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
We may submit shipment information, invoices, recipient details, package descriptions, values, photos, and supporting documents to customs authorities, partners, or regulators. Customs decisions, inspections, valuations, duty assessments, seizures, penalties, and delays are outside our control.
Transit times, availability, and delivery or collection dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, security checks, airline schedules, route changes, payment verification, incomplete information, recipient availability, public holidays, partner operations, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may apply storage, redelivery, re-routing, return, disposal, or administrative fees for cargo that is unpaid, unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, incorrectly addressed, or abandoned. If cargo remains unclaimed after reasonable notice, we may dispose of it, sell it to recover charges, or take other lawful action.
You must inspect cargo promptly on delivery or collection and notify us as soon as possible of loss, visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues. We may require photos, packaging, receipts, invoice records, declared values, and other evidence before reviewing a claim.
You agree that we may contact you by email, SMS, phone, in-app message, push notification, support message, or other available contact methods about account security, shipment updates, invoices, payment verification, support, service changes, marketing preferences, and lawful promotional communications.
You can manage certain notification and marketing preferences in your account or through unsubscribe links. Service, security, payment, and shipment communications may still be sent where necessary.
You must not misuse our services, including by:
Our website, app, customer portal, designs, logos, trademarks, text, images, software, databases, and service content are owned by Air Cargo Global or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them only as needed to access our services and may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit them without written permission.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services, accounts, shipments, or support where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay, submitted prohibited goods, provided inaccurate information, created operational or legal risk, abused staff or partners, or used the services in a harmful or unlawful way.
We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue services, features, routes, destinations, rates, payment methods, support channels, and these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or our services, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
